Countertop install. Everything went perfect.

We had Elements replace all our kitchen countertops which included a sink, faucet and garbage disposal. They did everything from tearing out the old and hauling it away to ordering all the new components and installing them. Within a month of giving them the deposit, the work was done. It took 2 days for their crew to do the installation. We were happy that all we had to do was pick out what we wanted and everything was done for us.

Element recently finished a major remodel in our current home and this was the second time we have used Element for extensive interior remodeling. We were very pleased with both homes (remodels completed in 2018/2019 and 2023, respectively). Ashley, interior designer, was outstanding in this recent remodel. Sam, project manager, was instrumental during the process. Due to some material delays, no fault of Element, the timeframe was longer than expected. From demo to finish, our crews were amazing. We find Element to be professional, accommodating and would use them again in the future if we undertake another remodel.

Details are below the original review. ======== Original Review: My wife and I were very happy with the work Vlada, Phillip and the rest of the crew did in remodeling our master bathroom. They were prompt and finished ahead of the originally quoted schedule. We came in a few hundred dollars over budget, but that was due to decisions by my wife and I on different materials after we started. Vlada and Bethany were always available during the process to answer any questions we had. They took the time to get us exactly what we wanted, even if it was something that wasn't originally planned for. They facilitated the ordering and delivery of the tile, fixtures, vanity, etc... When the granite supplier called me with an issue, I let them know and they took care of everything to ensure we stayed on schedule. Their price was also very competitive with other quotes we received. We have plans to do more work around the house in the future, and would certainly work with Vlada and crew again. I would also recommend them to any friends looking to remodel anything in their home. ======= Update: We hired Element to remodel / gut our second bathroom (including removing a wall), add a vanity to our half bath, and do a little work in our Kitchen in August of 2023. I would leave them another 5 star review for the second round of work if Goggle would let me. They were just as prompt and professional with me as the first time. They added an interior designed to help us decide what to order and make sure we had what we wanted. Sam, the project manager, was extremely responsive to any questions I had. We had one small problem with a leak in the Kitchen, but Sam had someone at my house in literally 20 minutes to fix it. Vlada came by to discuss it and make sure everything was repaired to my satisfaction as well. I would hire them a third time, if we have anything else we want done.
